Your packaging is the showcase of your product; The print file is the basis of this showcase. We have two different support options to get professional help at any point you get stuck in the design process. I'm here to help you achieve the perfect result!

1. Option: Free Technical Assistance

Includes the process of checking and correcting technical details such as print file layout, color mode, and resolution.

Free Basic Technical Support Scope:

• File Format Conversion: Convert pixelated files such as JPG/PNG (if possible) to vector formats suitable for printing conversion.
• Color Mode Setting: From RGB, the digital display standard of the design, to CMYK, which is the professional printing standard conversion.
• Template Layout: Elimination of cutting and weld line errors according to the downloaded knife trace template.
• Outline Control: Text Checking whether the types (fonts) are vectorized for trouble-free printing.

Important Note: This service is for technical compatibility only. It does not include processes such as logo design, visual revision, photo editing or creative concept development. For such needs, please review our professional service option.

2. Option: Professional Design Service (Paid)

Includes design from scratch, concept creation, major visual revisions or a new visual design process in line with the brand identity.

How Does It Work and What Does It Provide for You? Our professional service process It consists of three basic stages:

1. Brief and Analysis: A detailed "Design Brief Form" based on your product, target audience and competitive analysis. You fill in.
2. Concept Presentation: Our graphic designers prepare and present 2-3 different creative design concepts suitable for your brief.
3. Quick Revision: Necessary revisions are made on the concept you have chosen and you approve the final print-ready version.

Pricing: Our professional design service; It is priced as project-based depending on the complexity of the design, the number of revisions requested and the estimated duration of the project.
